Thank you for your purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please view the information below on our return policy.

Returns

Customers with applicable NFTs may request a refund up to 10 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, refunds may not be possible.

Return Process

To return an NFT, please email customer support at support@vicinft.com with your request from the email address associated with your order. Please make sure to include your full name and order number in your request.

As per the ViciNFT smart contract rules, ViciNFT can retrieve NFTs from the customer's digital wallet up to 14 days from purchase. After the 14 day refund period, it is up to the discretion of ViciNFT to refund an order, and some orders may not be possible to refund.

For refunds after 14 days, all NFTs must first be transferred to ViciNFT's public wallet before a refund can be issued:
0x4c1833Cb42FF2f07Bd332D04A2100ebB570A7112.

Failure to access an NFT does NOT constitute a reason for a refund.

Refunds

After receiving the NFTs from your order into ViciNFT's wallet, a refund may be issued. Please allow at least five (5) days from the NFT transfer date to receive your refund.
